Dakota loves the water! We are very lucky to have a baby that thoroughly enjoys bath time, pool time, and now boating.
A trip down memory lane...Dakota's first bath at home. I can't believe she actually used to take baths in that little tub. Boy has she grown.
Almost 6 months old now and she loves to kick and splash and play with her duck.
First time in her new luxury pool! PS...Lacy did a fantastic job on picking out this perfect little swimsuit :)
We took a quick trip to Coeur d' alene to visit Grandpa Allen. The weather was a little hit and miss but we did get to take a quick trip in the boat. She slept on the way out and screamed the whole way back. Yes, we did have a life jacket but her screaming was going on and on and on till I lifted her out of her seat and she got some wind in her hair!
I have discovered my feet and I love to nibble on them!
Just having some fun.
Summer is shaping up to be a blast. We are all really enjoying our days off together and are trying hard to get out and enjoy all the activities that our area offers during the summer. Last week we went to Brewfest in Hamilton and we sampled some great beer and Dakota played on the lawn and enjoyed the flags flapping in the wind and all the people milling about. Today we might try to hit up the Celtic Festival but it looks like we might hit 95 degrees...maybe too hot for a baby! We have a big trip next week to Conconully so we are making lists and getting things packed. We will be vacationing with the Hoyt and Paysse families so I'm sure we will have an endless supply of fun!
We hope this post finds you all enjoying your summer as much as we are!
